How to add this tweak:
  • Open Cydia > Source > Edit > Add > http://repo.biteyourapple.net/ > Add​ Source​ 
  • Press on Search, then type BattSaver​ for​ iOS​ 7​ in search box
  • Select then Install
  • Enjoy it.
